之前在臉書粉絲團中,有貼一個研究,內容是說:
“腎臟雖然不好,但是不能停止運動!
每天運動30分鐘,心肺功能進步25%,而沒有運動者,一年後下降2%。還有減重效果,能使腎臟減少負擔!”
今天把內文看了一下,研究是針對慢性腎臟病(第三期至第五期)的患者,運動組每週要達到150分鐘的運動量,而另一組(對照組)仍然照醫療常規照護,但沒有建議運動量。運動內容包含有氧運動(如走路、慢跑、騎腳踏車等等),以及無氧運動(肌耐力訓練等等)。有趣的地方是,運動組是在有人督促(監督)的情形之下,訓練兩個月,之後就自主訓練(放牛吃草)十個月。這樣子的實驗結果,會告訴我們什麼事情?
想也知道,運動組在實驗結束時(就是有人盯著2個月,加上放牛吃草10個月),他們的運動量,通通回到原點,大家並沒有因此而增加運動量,你看看,持續運動有多困難!!
但是更驚人的是,即使運動組,只是有人盯著運動兩個月,他們在這兩個月所進步的體力或耐力,居然能夠持續到研究結束,也就是12個月之後。所以,三個結論提醒大家:
1. 運動非常好!(好啦,這你早就知道了。)
2. 有運動,就能進步體力與耐力!即使,只是曾經努力過兩個月。
3. 持續運動非常難!要找同伴督促你、鼓勵你,會更有機會持續下去。
我認為,我們應該要把運動的重點,放在鼓勵患者持續運動、或者幫忙患者想辦法堅持下去,不用管做什麼樣的運動,持續做,健康就會持續。
因此,標題再說一次“腎臟雖然不好,但是不能停止運動!”,這兩句的重點在:“不能停止!”
