2014/10/19 於中山醫學院,聽盧國城教授講課,才知道維他命D遠比我所想像中的重要! 回家做了些功課後,整理如下:
1. 婦女產後若哺乳>18個月, 這些媽媽停經之後發生脊椎骨折的比例是哺乳<6個月者的兩倍. 因此建議需要補充vitamin D與鈣質.
2. 哺乳時婦女所需vitamin D劑量, 1200 (IU/天)比 400 (IU/天)來的更能維持血中維他命D之足夠濃度.
3. 一般成人預防骨質疏鬆的建議維他命D劑量為 800 (IU/天), 此為國民健康局建議.
4. 各國一般建議劑量為600-800 IU/天, 富含維他命D之食物種類清單
5. 美國兒科醫學會(American Academy of Pediatrics)建議”純母乳哺育”或”配方奶哺育(<1L/天)”或”混合兩者哺育”的嬰幼兒皆應該補充vitamin D, 建議劑量400 IU/day.
6. 台灣兒科醫學會目前之建議為”純母乳哺育至4-6個月的寶寶,從4個月開始每天給予400 IU口服維他命D補充劑,直到開始使用固體食物。”
